Our team of optometrists at Woodburn Vision Source are dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered eye care with a shared commitment to the vision health of the Woodburn community.
Dr. Emilee Nehring OD
Dr. Emilee Nehring earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from MCPHS University College of Optometry in 2017. She provides comprehensive eye care with a special interest in pediatric optometry and children’s vision care. Dr. Nehring has also completed advanced training in pre- and post-operative care for refractive and cataract surgery, ocular disease management, and contact lens fittings.
A native of Woodburn, Oregon, Dr. Nehring is proud to serve the community where she was raised. She graduated from Canby High School in 2007 before earning her Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medicine from Oregon Institute of Technology.
Dr. Nehring has participated in international vision mission trips to Bolivia, Nicaragua, and Mexico, helping provide eye care services to underserved communities. She is also continually expanding her Spanish-speaking skills to better serve the diverse families of Woodburn and surrounding communities.
Dr. Dustin King OD
Dr. King grew up in Wichita, Kansas, where he developed a lifelong passion for sports while playing baseball and basketball. He went on to earn a baseball scholarship to Hesston College, now Hannibal-LaGrange University. Outside the office, Dr. King enjoys following and discussing a wide variety of sports.
Dr. King earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from MCPHS University in 2020. He provides comprehensive eye care with special interests in dry eye treatment, glaucoma management, urgent eye care, diabetic eye exams, and contact lens fittings. He is committed to helping patients achieve and maintain long-term eye health through personalized, patient-focused care.
Dr. Yelena Galuza OD
Dr. Yelena Galuza earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Pacific University in 2015. She provides comprehensive eye care with advanced training in refractive surgery co-management, pediatric eye care, and the diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease.
Originally from Ukraine, Dr. Galuza immigrated to the United States with her family at the age of six and grew up in southeast Portland, Oregon. She graduated from David Douglas High School in 2007 before earning her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Portland.
Dr. Galuza is passionate about providing personalized, compassionate eye care for patients of all ages. She is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian and also speaks some Spanish, allowing her to better serve the diverse communities of Woodburn and the surrounding areas.
Dr. Kelsey Evans OD
Dr. Kelsey Evans is a native of Eugene, Oregon, and returned to her home state to begin her optometric career after earning her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry.
Dr. Evans is dedicated to providing comprehensive eye care with a strong focus on building lasting relationships with her patients and the local community. She is passionate about delivering personalized, patient-centered vision care for individuals and families of all ages.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Evans enjoys spending quality time with her family, including her husband, daughter, and their playful corgi, Penny.
